The Company places implementing a sustainability culture as the foundation for carrying out every task, responsibility, and decision-making process across all levels of the organization. In pursuit of this, the Company cultivates a sustainability culture by aligning the use of sustainable technologies that emphasize environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects throughout its operational lines.

ENVIRONMENTAL
The Company's Commitment to Achieve Net Zero Emissions
The Company's commitment to conducting environmentally responsible business activities is presented by the Company actively participating in campaigning for environmentally friendly products through the sales and rental activities of electric motors. In addition, the Company also provides a place for battery changing stations (SGB) in several of the Company's operational offices. All of these business activities are included in the Other Ecosystem Generated Revenues business segment. In the digital financial services segment, the Company has launched a digital E-Receipt platform for all of the Company's MSME partners, as the right solution to help save the cost of using paper receipts in operations, as an environmentally friendly strategy, and reduce paper waste.

This is part of the Company's commitment, to be able to help reduce climate change with damaging impacts on the environment and disrupt the balance of ecosystems has become a serious problem by setting carbon emission reduction in the transportation sector as one of the main pillars in the commitment to sustainability and realizing the era of clean energy by reducing pollutant emissions significantly and achieving the target of Net Zero emissions in 2060 through the use of environmentally friendly vehicles. The Company's Commitment to Reduce Greenhouse Gases (GHG)
In 2024, the Company started an initiative to measure the amount of emissions generated from the use of electricity and fuel. This initiative is our commitment to improving the implementation of sustainability principles, especially in the aspect of emission management. In addition, we have also internalized issues related to climate change in the Company's sustainability strategy. This is expected to harmonize efforts to reduce emissions generated by the management of business activities carried out by the Company. Although we have not set emission targets, the Company continues to strive for emission efficiency efforts to support the Government of Indonesia's efforts to achieve net emission zero by 2060.
