In this effort, the Company fosters a sustainability culture by aligning the use of sustainable technologies that emphasize environmental, social, and governance (ESG) aspects throughout all operational lines. The adoption of sustainable technology serves as a key pillar, involving the selection and implementation of technologies that are not only economically efficient, but also generate positive impacts on the environment and society. This includes the utilization of technology to support the clean energy ecosystem, optimize resource usage through advanced devices and technologies, and develop digital solutions that help reduce negative environmental impacts.

By implementing the Company’s climate mitigation strategy direction, based on scenario analysis and risk assessment, the Company’s climate mitigation strategy includes:

Through active participation in the development of the electric vehicle ecosystem, both through service provision and educational initiatives for MSMEs and the broader community; -
Reducing Operational Carbon Footprint
Optimizing energy efficiency in operational activities and encouraging the use of low-carbon digital solutions; -
Strengthening MSME and Partner Capacity
Assisting MSMEs in adapting to more energy-efficient requirements and enhancing technology literacy to support sustainable business activities; -
Strengthening Governance and Transparency
Enhancing the integration of sustainability information into the reporting cycle and ensuring compliance with climate- and energy-related regulations; -
Anticipating Long-Term Physical Risks
Monitoring weather change trends and improving operational preparedness for potential future climate impacts.
In general, the Company is committed to integrating climate change aspects into its business strategy and risk management framework. These efforts are undertaken to ensure business continuity that is adaptive and resilient to the dynamics of climate change. In line with this commitment, the strategies implemented also support DIVA’s long-term commitment to contributing to Indonesia’s national Net Zero Emission target by 2060. [ESG E-06]
The Company's Commitment to Reduce Greenhouse Gases (GHG)
In 2025, the Company initiated efforts to measure emissions generated from electricity consumption and fuel usage (Pertalite). This initiative reflects our commitment to strengthening the implementation of sustainability principles, particularly in emission management practices. In addition, we have incorporated climate change-related issues into the Company’s sustainability strategy. This is expected to align emission reduction efforts with the management of the Company’s business operations. Although the Company has not yet established specific emission reduction targets, it continues to pursue emission efficiency initiatives to support the Indonesian Government’s efforts in achieving Net Zero Emission by 2060.
