The Company’s dividend policy is aligned with the provisions of the Articles of Association of PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk. According to this policy, cash dividends may be paid to all shareholders at least once a year, taking into account the Company’s financial condition.

The dividend to be paid will be based on net income for the year, with due regard to the Company’s financial soundness and without diminishing the right of the General Meeting of Shareholders to decide otherwise.

In 2023 and 2024, the Company did not distribute dividends according to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) decisions on June 14, 2023, and June 20, 2024. This is because the Company is still posting a net loss for the current year in 2023 and 2024.
